Mint; Rosemary with garlic & black pepper, venison & blueberries.
We have a passion for sausages, to the extent that each type is made in small batches, from selected Scottish meats which are carefully seasoned and hand linked into natural casings.
Our “normal” beef sausages and pork sausages have, over the years, either won awards outright or been highly placed.
They have, more importantly, been similarly acclaimed by our customers.
This is the base we use to produce such mouth watering varieties such as
Pork with apricot drenched Chardonnay
“Black lorne” Italian pasata and our crumbed black pudding in a slice!
